We have a holistic approach to design. Architecture and interiors are designed together as a seamless package. There is no distinction or separation – every aspect of the design is considered and detailed.
We pride ourselves on preparing detailed contract documentation (including drawings, schedules and specifications) making it easier for builders to price during the tender stage. This minimises the risk of variations in the construction phase.
As part of our collaborative design process, we encourage our clients to incorporate their changes in the early stages of the project so the changes can be budgeted for. Changes can be accommodated during the build but the higher expense can have a major impact on the project budget.
